Nitroflare Premium Account - Our experience

The premium account of the provider Nitroflare is not as well-known in Germany and Austria as other filehosters such as Rapidgator or Uploaded, but this is partly unfounded. Although the website is only available in English and there have been very isolated failures of the platform in recent years, these were of very short duration and customers were generously compensated. In return, the possibilities with this provider are really huge!

In our eyes, Nitroflare plays in the absolute top league of file sharing services! Especially for experienced users, the service offers many top features: High speed for uploading and downloading, quick answers in customer support and of course the great 25GB daily volume are just a few reasons for our assessment. Which account is the right one and what you can expect from the service, we from Cloudzzer show on this page!

Nitroflare shines with its wide range of payment options. All major credit cards are accepted, webmoney and bitcoin as well. This supply of payment gateways is extremely commendable. Furthermore, it underlines the seriousness of the provider, as refunds via credit cards as well as Webmoney are problem-free.

As a bonus, Nitroflare also offers payment service providers such as Yandex, Necard or Paysera. The payment process here is just as uncomplicated and secure as with the previous methods of payment. The premium account fees are billed at the beginning of each term and are automatically renewed.

In the support area, the familiar structure can be found again: prefabricated contact form, e-mail address and a reference to the FAQ, called "Help Center" at Nitroflare. A password reset is possible at any time via the login area. How accurate and fast the support works is not known at this point. In our test we always got a detailed and friendly answer. In addition, the basic functions inspire at least a minimum of confidence in Nitroflare's service.

The help centre (FAQ) is sparsely developed. There are only three questions for downloaders and uploaders. For the uploader, the service is limited to questions about the affiliate service of the provider. There should be more here.

In general, a more comprehensive FAQ would be appropriate. Not everyone is completely familiar with the file hosting processes from the start. Beginners or technical laypersons have no point of contact at all and thus no basis of trust with the provider. And especially in the area of file hosting, trust is elementary, since sensitive data is sometimes stored on the provider's servers.
